We value your privacy and do not sell our lists. However it is a condition of entry that you give us permission to email your e-ticket for entry and any updates on this and future events. With your permission we will also share your details with a small number of show sponsors who may email you. If you provide a mobile number we will send you an SMS reminder for the show. You may unsubscribe at any time.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. All visitors over 16 years of age are required to purchase a ticket and register to attend the event
2. By purchasing a ticket visitors give the organiser consent to email them with updates on this and future events including a show newsletter. If the visitor provides a mobile number then the organiser may send an SMS reminder prior to the show. Visitors may unsubscribe at any time.
3. Visitors are not permitted to promote their services or products to exhibitors.
4. Photography and video is not permitted within the exhibition without the written permission of the organiser. Visitors consent to their image being used in future promotion of the event.
6. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry and to remove patrons where it is believed they may cause disruption or inconvenience to exhibitors or other patrons.
4. Organisers reserve the right to change the features, dates and venue of the event.

Delivery of Your Tickets
- Your tickets will be delivered electronically via email. (E-tickets)
- You can then print these or bring them on your phone or tablet to the event so we can scan you in at the door.
- We will send you your e-ticket as soon as you complete your purchase
Processing and Credit Card Fees
- If there are any processing or credit card fees, these will be calculated and shown to you during purchase.
- If there is $0 or no value in 'Fees' column or fields, that means there are no fees applicable to your purchase.

- You consent to Lup / Expo News Pty Ltd dealing with your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
- Your information is shared with the Event Organiser only, to enable them to communicate to you regarding the event.
- If you wish to be removed from any lists please email us at tickets@exponews.com.au
- Your personal information is not shared with any other third parties without your express permission.
